On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a proven suit for this exciting Senior Digital Account Manager role. You may be a high-performing Account Manager with digital agency experience ready to level up, or proven at this level already and wanting to break away from the big agency grind.

Reporting to the Digital Account Director, you’ll play an intricate role in delivering digital production, social media creative assets and media across key digital platforms. You’ll have a passion for delivering digital campaigns and projects and possess the calm and focus that shines as you plan and execute.

Problem-solving, working at pace and exceptional time management abilities will allow you to effortlessly oversee multiple projects and teams at once, ensuring that all tasks are executed to the agency’s standards. You’ll keep detailed WIPs and tracking reports, as well as prepare monthly forecasts and budgets to keep projects on track and within scope.

With a natural ability to develop and nurture client relationships, you’ll show initiative and go above and beyond to impress and encourage growth of existing accounts. You’ll be curious,  identifying and addressing client needs while compiling effective digital marketing and advertising strategies with the Digital Account Director. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll be able to craft clear and concise briefs to ensure smooth execution.

 The breakdown

 We are looking for a high-performing Senior Account Manager:

• Min 5+ years’ agency experience in a client service role (digital, creative, marketing, advertising)
• Agency experience in digital 

Proven results and experience in:

• Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
• Highly competent in social media planning tools; Meta, Google, Linked In and TikTk
• High-level project and campaign management
• Time management to handle multiple projects at once
• Project completion to budgets and timelines
• Accurate and timely project status, WIP and media reporting  
• A can-do attitude and proactive problem-solving approach
• Unflappable and contributes to the fun and positive team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive and persuasive presenter
• Preparing creative briefs and ensuring successful delivery
