Our client is at the forefront of simplifying business travel and expenses by way of technology. Integrating, booking, managing and reconciling business travel expenses into one easy to use platform. Now they are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to take it to a whole new level.

This is a hands-on design role where you’ll have a real stake and voice in product development. You’ll be working within cross-functional teams to design intuitive and well-crafted product experiences informed by research that solves real problems for the growing user base. 

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and be comfortable with rapid change and the dynamic environments that come with working in a high growth technology company. You’ll have a deep understanding of the usual tools and techniques including canvases, ideation, personas, wireframes, etc, and be able to effectively communicate information with a range of stakeholders

The breakdown

We’re looking for an experienced designer with:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product/UX Design using design software
  • A portfolio that demonstrates design skills and showcasing how your work has made an impact
  • A strong grasp of a variety of quantitative and qualitative research techniques and methodologies
  • Ability to articulate user needs and insights to both technical and business stakeholders

Some key responsibilities are:

  • Work with product managers and engineers to gather user requirements
  • Create prototypes for new features and improvements
  • Facilitate and observe usability testing of prototypes, customer interviews and field research
  • Participate in workshops during discovery and delivery
  • Conduct research, analyse products and user trends, provide insights and create the user journeys
  • Design interactions and workflows using components from Zeno’s Design System, ZUI
  • Work with a global mindset, for US, UK and AU/NZ customers in mind
  • Delivering world-class product designs in a collaborative team environment
  • Partnering with key members of the wider teams like Product Managers, Engineers and other designers
