Keith Norris Golf Cup Raises $51K for Melanoma NZ
Last month, The Marketing Association and principal sponsor The Pond Recruitment held their annual Keith Norris Charity Golf Cup at the Akarana Golf Club, a charity event raising funds towards Melanoma New Zealand.
Through sun and rain, we welcomed 22 teams to the course for a friendly game of golf, a lively auction and a chance at taking home the Keith Norris cup!
The Pond also held a Closest to the Pin competition on the 140 m, par 3, 5th hole which saw Sealord’s Warren Wild taking out the individual competition with an incredible shot finishing just 107 cm from the hole and Team American Express claiming the team competition crown with a combined distance of 42.95 m from the hole.
Last year the event raised $20,000 for Melanoma New Zealand, so we were thrilled that this year we could raise a whopping $51,000! A massive effort by everyone.
