Will heads up the Corporate Agent Team at The Pond, placing creative, design, digital, and marketing talent into freelance, contract, and full-time candidates roles for corporate clients.
Since joining The Pond in 2017, Will has helped to rapidly grow the corporate side of The Pond’s business, building solid relationships across a diverse range of industries and evolving The Pond’s successful business development strategies.
Prior to The Pond he held a Key Account Management role at Studio Alexander, where he handled accounts ranging from the British Council to Downer Construction. He has founded a design company, worked for Australasia’s largest print and communications company, and has been an Account Director and Bid Manager for leading design agencies.
