About Project

TUIGEL are infusing the unique properties of New Zealand plants to create a range of natural skin care and health products.

In developing the brand, a logotype was designed to suggest traditional flax weaving and denote craftsmanship. A two tone contrasting green colour palette was chosen to reflect the plant origins of key ingredients, with the light green and white space serving to keep the brand bright and friendly. Simple hand drawn illustrations were created to add personality and texture, and to support the natural organic theme.

The visual language was then applied across the packaging and website, with the latter introducing serene imagery showcasing the uniqueness of New Zealand’s natural plant life, and of course our indigenous Tui.
