Shane is a multi-disciplinary, award winning Creative and Design Director with over 12 years of experience. He has worked in both large advertising agencies, large corporations and small in-house design studios and has a demonstrated history of leading and mentoring design teams and workflow management. Having a hands-on approach, he is as adept at getting on the tools to help the team out as he is at empowering the team to take ownership of their work.

Having worked across all forms of creativity from digital and media means, he has extensive knowledge of digital design, TV, advertising, News, Crafting Brands, Directing Photoshoots, Web Site Design, Digital Media and Digital Marketing.

Shane loves the challenge of innovative thinking and thrives when engaging in the creative resolution of a well-thought-out disruptive idea. He learns continuously and loves being inspired by others.
