Meet Tanya.

With a career spanning over two decades, Tanya has extensive experience in the creative industry, having worked in various roles such as Designer, Studio Manager, Production Manager, and Account Manager.

After completing a Bachelor of Graphic Design degree at AUT in the 90s, Tanya started working on projects for renowned brands such as Deloitte's, The Collins Dictionary, and Eco Store. In 2002, she moved to Australia, where she worked as a designer and studio manager for Whirlwind, managing the design portfolio for franchise businesses like Brumby's, Subway, and Tattersall's, as well as campaigns for hospitality and art clients.

Returning to New Zealand in 2007, Tanya transitioned to the digital world of web design, working as a senior designer and production manager at Marker on various projects for clients such as Gerard Roofs, EIT, McDonalds, Avanti, Adventure World, and Tower. In 2010, she took on a role at Raydar, a retail advertising agency, as a senior account manager, setting up and managing two new accounts for the business - Mercedes-Benz and the Virgin Australia Group.

Between 2013 and 2016, Tanya worked at Designworks, primarily managing projects with an interactive focus, including the redesign and development of Air New Zealand's inflight entertainment system, and websites for Fonterra.com, Infotools, and Unitec's Youfinder app.

Since then Tanya has moved seamlessly between Brand, Design and Digital agencies using her creative background to help bring a more strategic approach to servicing her clients.
