Bio

Meet Thomas. 

Thomas is a 2D/3D Generalist Product Designer specialising in the creation of structural packaging. He has worked in the industry for over 25 years, winning multiple Global design awards throughout his career.

In addition to his 2D and 3D rendering and visualisation skills, he has the expertise to model 3D packaging designs for manufacture while providing a unique presence in-store and on the shelf. He collaborates with independent creatives, design agencies, and brand owners who do not have these in-house capabilities to help realise their ideas and provide accurate 3D data for sampling and production.

With multiple years of experience working on local and global brands, he has recently worked on the 3D visualisation for the global roll-out for V-Energy and has helped develop glass bottles for Cloudy Bay and Gordons Gin for manufacture.

Thomas has also designed and developed bespoke structural packaging for Grant’s Whiskey, Just Juice (PET), Hallertau’s reusable bottle, The Keeper and the ultra-premium Three Peaks honey jar.

Thomas manages his design practice and is now looking to extend his services and expertise to help New Zealand businesses grow and bring their ideas to reality.
