About Project

It's every animator's dream to be a showrunner for an animated series. As a Senior Creative who pitched directly to clients, I saw my opportunity whilst working on McDonald's brand. Leveraging my experience in animation, and after a little photogrammetry and doodling; Steve 'N Dave were born. I created a simple model sheet to fully realize these characters as brand assets and ambassadors. We used in-house talent (My junior direct reports are famous for banter, they didn't really have a choice) and equipment, we were able to create a 3D/2D animation series entirely in-house, bolstering our production offerings. I was responsible for the Creative Direction, Direction, Animation, Design & Editing.
