Overview
I spearheaded the relaunch of the Mix & Match brand, this involved working closely with our digital agency and in-house IT teams to turn the Mix & Match brand from a search engine on the HOT website to a standalone website. Whilst creating and/or updating all other customer touchpoints, I collaborated with our advertising agency to tell the brand’s story, and together we developed a two-phase, three-month multi-channel campaign that would be announced as the repositioned brand. It subsequently maintained its position highlighting the brand’s key points of difference, and making Mix & Match the go-to online travel agency for the identified target audience. The Mix & Match website reached its revenue and transaction targets and continues to grow YOY.

- Brand champion for the eCommerce channel.
- Managing multi-channel tactical campaigns, across edm SEM, display, online content, SMS, - Social media, radio, outdoor and print to deliver key revenue and transaction targets
- Managing digital projects to drive online marketing initiatives including website personalisation, cross-sell edm automation, testing/optimising UX and so on.
