About Project

Responding to what the user needs from their career search made for a website that is now beautiful, on brand and based on feedback.

I supported the Talent Team in understanding how candidates engage and interact with their careers site. Findings from usability studies, heuristics evaluation, site metrics and more helped us to design, test and deliver a site which delights users.

From a laborious application process with low engagement and disjointed visuals, we totally transformed the website. Now, the experience aligns with visitor goals and features content that enables them to take an action; a place where users have a superb time searching for a new role.
