To identify the level of utilization of the Airtel app by customers. To redesign the application for better Usability and Delight.

THE ANSWER

Post our research and information gathering we built a native iOS application that would allow the users efficiently per-form the task. The application was reflection of technology going mobile.

THE OUTCOME

The desired outcomes were to develop a Mobile App in the Simplycity Framework with user centered design techniques. We introduced a concept of mobile first design approach where the user will be able to use new features. Of course, the App must be both easy and a joy to use
