Nick wrote this honest reflection piece for Ozone’s quarterly journal. The Ozone team came to Nick wanting a kiwi bloke’s take on the Number 8. Wire attitude. Nick don’t go around pretending to be super handy, so he had two options - pretend he was, or tell the truth.
The result is a lighthearted take on how us modern kiwis grapple with the idea that we’re supposed to be at-home MacGyvers, when we don’t necessarily have the handyman skills more prevalent back when men were men.
