About Project
Part Time Rangers is a pre-mixed spirits company with a twist of conservation - with each sale donating to the endangered animal on the can.
Save while you sip, and you too can become a Part Time Ranger.
The brand was minimalist in approach. Launching with one drink in 2018, White Rhino contained just 3 ingredients; Gin, Lemon & Sparkling Water. The Rhino badge on simple black and white cans and boxes stood out in what was at the time a market full of cluttered packaging for sickly sweet alternatives.
The Part Time Rangers logo and animal portraits were designed to evoke old scout merit badges. The simple design proved extremely sharable on social media, with loyal drinkers tagging Part Time Rangers and organically expanding the brands reach far beyond the fridge.
With each passing success the range of drinks expanded, adding new animals to the roster of species you could help save from extinction.
Part Time Rangers eventually captured the attention of international wine and spirit corporation Brown-Forman, which went on to acquire Part Time Rangers in 2020.
