About Project
Serato Stems is the biggest tech feature released by the company since Pitch ‘n Time in 1999. Serato Stems is a real-time audio separation algorithm. DJs can separate any music track ‘on the fly’ to isolate vocals, melody, bass, and drums. Initially, it was going to be an in-software update for DJ Pro, before potential was realized in order to drive the entire product portfolio forward. A need was then idenitifed that there needed to be an in-app feature icon/mark first.
