Bryce is an eclectic, experienced creative with a head for ideas, a knack for film and photography, and an eye for the practicalities of production. He prides himself on adaptability, having worked for agencies and collaborations across the globe, on everything from global healthcare brand launches to grass-roots political campaigning. He aims to drive a conceptual heart, executional craft, and genuine human storytelling into every project and endeavour.
For over nine years, some of his most important and gratifying work has been pro-bono for the Green Party of Aotearoa New Zealand. Initially, he led overseas-vote campaigns and lively grass roots branch activities in London. Later, both in New Zealand and remotely from the UK, he has been a de facto creative lead in the Fundraising Marketing and Communications committee. Key achievements include launching the first ever comprehensive online brand toolkit, designing merchandise and promotions, refreshing and art directing the quarterly magazine, and collaborating closely with many stakeholders.
He's also worked in different agencies across London and New Zealand with a specialisation in healthcare. Often creating campaigns and animation videos that have gone onto to set the standard for the industry and win awards internationally.

At Syneos Bryce provided end-to-end creative conceptual solutions and art direction of a range of B2B and public-facing campaigns, in print, design, video, digital and experiential/events. He worked closely with internal teams and brought in external suppliers in photography, filmmaking, illustration, sound design – whatever it took to make a campaign shine.
Syneos projects demanded very nuanced, strategic, and insight-driven creative thinking to tackle behavioural change despite many hurdles.
When Covid-19 hit Bryce returned to New Zealand, but kept working remotely with the UK team and clients for several months.
