UFO drone stunt
The idea of cheaper energy was so alien to Kiwis, we decided to grab their attention with a UFO in the night sky. This UFO then left energy credits on streets and landmarks around Auckland for people to claim the next day.
The stunt and supporting multi-media campaign caused such a sharp increase in quotes and new customers that we succeeded in crashing the call centre in Hamilton.
